Angered when someone tries to wake me up.

When someone tries to wake me up I lose my mind and say rude and hateful things. I do not remember saying them and I don't wake up. I am in the U.S Army and I am a sergeant. I don't want to say the wrong thing to the wrong person. I said some really hateful things to my wife last night and have before when she's tried to wake me up. I don't want it to affect my marriage. I just don't know why I do it and why I juat don't wake up. Can someone give me some answers?

I had to comment and say that I have had the exact same problem for years. And I too have been angry at my husband (and at the world!) in the morning when waking up, or trying to wake up.

I have not yet understood why this happens. I am planning on discussing this with a specialist to get some answers. I want this taken care of. I do not want to put my husband through this any longer.

I just wanted to say you are not alone.

with both of you i also have the same problem. we all are sick is there any buddy with solution.
