I have only been taking Xyrem now for 10 days. I was started out at 2.25 and was sleeping decently but still fatigued. I put a call in to my doctor and he increased it to 3.0. The first night was great, but since then have been have been waking up before 4 hours after the first dose, and then at 4 AM for the day. Is this normal? I called the Xyrem nurse and told her yesterday and she said to stay on this dose another week and see if I get used to the dose. Any comments? I am sleeping less on Xyrem than I was on Ambien?
