On reviewing my CPAP titration sleep study with me the technician noted that in addition to sleep apnea that I have PLMs. I am wondering if anyone else has had both and the PLM was "cured" once you got on CPAP? I didn't know my arms and legs jerked during the night until I saw myself on the video. Please advise.

By PLM, I'm assuming you mean Periodic Limb Movements (or Restless Legs).  CPAP doesn't treat this.  I take medication for my fairly-violent RLS.  If it doesn't bother you or your bedmate, you may choose not to treat it.
