| Hi, im 17 and ive been diagnosed with sleep apnea but i was told " its not severe enough for a CPAP machine" so ive been struggling through it, it all started about a year ago and has gotten progessivly worse, i ust to just fall ahsleep in class but my real issue has shifted, in the mornings im a nightmare for myself and anyone around because i hit snooze go back to sleep tell my parents im up when im not its to the point where i only make 2/5-3/5 of my school time, im in grade 12 and im barely passing and i had straight A's last year, I Smoke Cannabis as well because ive found it helps me sleep and during the day i feel alot better if i was high the day before, but essentially my question is, is there anything that can help motivate me to wake up or to help get me up in the mornings so i can finish my highschool career and get ready for college ( My classes will start later in the day), i truly cant handle this anymore and noone seems to understand, please give me any advice you have, thanks. |
