Hi, im 17 and ive been diagnosed with sleep apnea but i was told " its not severe enough for a CPAP machine" so ive been struggling through it, it all started about a year ago and has gotten progessivly worse, i ust to just fall ahsleep in class but my real issue has shifted, in the mornings im a nightmare for myself and anyone around because i hit snooze go back to sleep tell my parents im up when im not its to the point where i only make 2/5-3/5 of my school time, im in grade 12 and im barely passing and i had straight A's last year, I Smoke Cannabis as well because ive found it helps me sleep and during the day i feel alot better if i was high the day before, but essentially my question is, is there anything that can help motivate me to wake up or to help get me up in the mornings so i can finish my highschool career and get ready for college ( My classes will start later in the day), i truly cant handle this anymore and noone seems to understand, please give me any advice you have, thanks.

I've constantly been a heavy sleeper and also have battled almost all of my life to do with less than Nine hours of sleep each night.

In response to your problem, you must have a goal for waking up early and also you have to be obvious what you look to accomplish with the time you're conserving. Without having a goal that provides you a good sensation, it might be difficult getting and keeping self encouraged.

Sleep apnea and sleep disorders/issues are all related with one another.

At 17 I would advise you to follow natural remedies.

The most important thing is be stress free and try to regularize your sleep time, this will surly help you get in tune with your sleeping cycle of your body.

Follow tips on how to sleep better like meditation, yoga, exercise, etc to help you get rid of sleeping issues.

For sleep apnea, its better to take advise from your doctor, ask another doctor if you are not able to solve the issue.

Take Care
