| Hello Everyone. I am new to this forum. If their are any suggestions anyone has for my problem I would appreciate it so much. I will try to keep this short. I have never been a morning person. About 15 years ago I use to say that it took 3 hours to wake up and that my awake hours were 11:00-7:00 pm. It has slowly gotten worse over the years. I always get between 7-81/2 hours sleep. I wake up feeling horrible. I never feel as if I am truly wake at anytime of the day. I have had 2 sleep studies and one MSLT (Nap) study tests done. Fortunately the tests came out good. They said I didn't have sleep apnea. The nap study said I fell asleep within 3 minutes each time I was supposed to nap. (Every two hours) Again nothing was proven. Now I wake up after a full night sleep without waking and feel lousy. I am not overweight, and blood-work comes out great. I don't take any medications. My doctor prescribed Provigil that helps sometimes which is used for narcolepsy. It is expensive and I don't want to take it for the rest of my life. I have read that you have to increase the dose and it eventually won't work. I am tired of feeling snappy. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |

I think you are actually stressing out allot, that is why you are finding this problem, I will suggest you to make out a schedule for sleeping that will probably help you in getting good and refreshing sleep. Apart from all the things you need to take some natural meds that will also help you and also you can take warm milk with honey that is the best alternative, also, you can listen to some good songs or read your favourite novel that will be responsible for good sleep.

hi everyone, I am new to this forum. This is a forum about the sleep so I want discuss about the sleep apnea treatment. The sleep apnea is a sleep disorder which cause by the disorder of sleep characterized by pausing in breathing during sleep. The sleep apnea can be treated with several different ways but the best sleep apnea treatment is recommended as the CPAP treatment which includes a mask and helps to breath normally in night without any disruption. |

| I have terrible sleep disorders. When I go to school I can concentrate on my lesson. I yawn everytime though I have regular and sufficient sleep at night. I can't understand. What should I do? |

The yawning happens to me too and seems a bit embarrasing when you are talking to someone. Does anyone have any advice on snoring? Never used to snore, after pregnancy it has become worse. I was told it would stop after delivery. this is 5 months now and still have not stopped. My husband has started to give hints that it disturbs him, please advice |
