My boyfriend does the strangest thing in his sleep that he is completely unaware of. To tell you the truth, though, it scares me. His head shakes, almost tremors, uncontrolably. It shakes really fast and also twitches. It is hard to wake him up out of this, but he does wake up after I try a few times. What is this? What can we do to help this from occuring?
