As people gain weight, many complain like you feel tired all the time and may have problems obtaining a restful sleep.

Problems with sleep may be indicative of a more severe condition, you should take it very seriously. these conditions may referred to as sleep apnea which can be dangerous to your health if not treated on time.

When a person suffers from insomnia - he often gains weight as well. Thus it's like closed circular process..
Stop worrying about your weight, reduce calories in your food and do not wait for quick results as it will make you be nervous and provoke insomnia again.
Wish you luck!

You need to take rest and should listen to soft music before going to bed. You don't need to think anything when you are sleeping.
